Service was friendly and attentive. We got 16pc family meal and they were such a great value. It came with 4 large sides and corn or flour tortilla of your choice. Chickens were well marinated, freshly grilled in front of you and they smelled so delightful. Great choice for quick family meal.

This El Pollo Loco location looks about the same as before but it seems much better. Service has been pretty good each time I've visited lately. All of the staff that I've met here is really professional and friendly. They are also pretty efficient. The tables are usually cleaned soon after customers are done using them. This wasn't the case before. Anyhow, these new crunchy tacos are really good. Some of the best crunchy tacos I've had at this price point.

This location is under new management. The stars don't seem to reflect the new team. An older worker welcomed my family before we walked into the restaurant. A younger woman came up to my kids and gave him a balloon when we were waiting for food. The food was fresh. I'd say the mac and cheese was over cooked the first time around, but the next time we came it wasn't. Over all very welcoming and encouraging of coupon usage which is helpful for an affordable family meal. Best of luck to new management. The older man and woman who seemed to be running the restaurant are doing awesome.

It was getting late for dinner and we decided to pull over to get a quick bite to eat before they closed at 900pm . Just looking at the menu I can see that all the prices have gone up. We ordered the two piece combo that included two sides, my choice was mac n' cheese, coleslaw, and flour tortillas, and a BRC burrito. Great service with a smile and nice and quiet at closing time.

Yum! Fast service & friendly employees. I think this location recently came under new management and got its act together, which may be why it still has low reviews.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is available for take outs and has some indoor seating available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was grabbing my food from this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They currently don't have happy hour. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is of a decent size. It's not too big nor too small. It's just right. This parking lot doesn't get full very easily or quickly. Parking spots sizes are perfect too. Food: I ordered the BRC burritos. A classic and favorite burrito of mine. The BRC stands for Beans, Rice, and Cheese which means you get protein, carbs, and calcium. It tastes amazing. Everything has a noticeable flavor and texture so it goes well together. Staff: The staff here are very friendly, nice, and fast. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

A good amount of parking and plenty of dining tables inside. Thanks to covid, there is no salsa bar anymore. But they did include two different types with our order. The cashier was helpful and took our order promptly. The corn side is delicious! Chicken skin was yummy and crispy. The chicken was a little overcooked but still tasted good. The burria quesadilla was SO tasty!!! The mix of avocado, cheese, and slow cooked meat was too yummy!!! I would definitely order that again. The flour tortilla's used to be bigger and mine ripped easily. Aside from that, everything else is still good. Their bathroom here was decent and had soap so that was helpful for cleaning after eating with my hands.

Sadly, for a while, this location has been short-staffed with borrowed managers from other stores and short on supplies. Signage outside says they're in the process of hiring all positions so hopefully, that'll turn this place around. On my evening visit, the young staff was nice and helpful and although the temp manager was being extremely rude to them (in front of customers), they still attempted to provide service with a smile. I ordered the double chicken tostada salad, which was tasty and well-portioned. They mentioned they didn't have the shredded cheese it comes with, but offered cotija cheese as an alternative. They provided my order as requested and with extra salsa.
